Orders are processed in chronological order within 7-14 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) unless otherwise noted.
Delivery time frames vary depending on the shipping method and delivery location. Please refer to the tracking info for details.
Fulfilling/Delivery: All orders come with a tracking number from either USPS, UPS, or DHL. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number once we have printed your shipping label. This means that a shipping label for your order has been made and your order is in the fulfillment process or will be fulfilled within 1-5 business days. In regards to orders with a preorder, you will receive the same email notice with a tracking number once the preorder product has arrived, and all items are ready to be fulfilled. Once your order has been dropped off with the shipping courier additional time will be required for the shipping courier to scan and process the package (no more than 3 business days).
preorders: preorders can take up to 3 weeks to process and or manufacture. Once product comes in the a shipping label will be printed and made.
Print on Demand: custom printing quotes vary on size, material, and shipping. Orders can take up to 3+ weeks to ship out
